The tenure of Arvind Shrivastava (IAS:1994:KN) as Additional Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has been extended for a period of two years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel on Tuesday (09.05.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved extending the tenure of Mr. Shrivastava for a period of two years from 10.05.2023 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Shrivastava was on August 30, 2019, appointed as the Joint Secretary in the PMO and was promoted as the Additional Secretary on March 25, 2021.
