New Delhi: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Pushpam Kumar, Senior General Manager, India Trade Promotion Organisation, for appointment as Director (Personnel), Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL).
The recommendation was made during the PESB selection meeting held on September 5, 2026. His name will now be forwarded to the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) for final approval.
The appointment will be subject to vigilance clearance and completion of other prescribed formalities.
A total of 7 candidates appeared before the PESB selection panel. They were:
- Rahul Jayanti, Deputy General Manager (Town Administration)-Incharge, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited
- Dr. Radhika Dasari, Deputy General Manager (HR)- Incharge Plant HR, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited
- Muin Hanifa Sultana, Deputy General Manager (HR)- Corporate Establishment, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited
- Mohammad Yusuf Hussain, General Manager (Human Resource), Steel Authority Of India Limited
- Pushpam Kumar, Senior General Manager, India Trade Promotion Organisation
- Somu, General Manager – HRD, Madras Fertilizers Limited
- Rajender Prasad Maurya, General Manager (HR), NHPC Limited
