The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has invited applications for the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) in Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL). The vacancy notification was issued on Thursday (October 23, 2025), setting November 13, 2025, as the last date for submission of applications through the PESB portal.
Eligible candidates from both the public and private sectors can apply for the top post.
The position is expected to fall vacant on May 1, 2026, following the superannuation of Commodore A. Madhavarao (Retd.), the current CMD. Notably, Mr. Madhavarao has been serving as CMD since July 19, 2023.
