PESB finds no suitable candidate for Director (Finance), NMDC Limited

The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has failed to find a suitable candidate for the post of Director (Finance), NMDC Limited at a selection meeting held on July 21, 2025. The PESB interviewed ten candidates for the job following which it did not recommended any candidate for the post and advised the Administrative Ministry/Department to choose an appropriate course of action for selection including the search cum selection committee (SCSC) or as deemed appropriate with the approval of the competent authority.

During the selection meeting, the following 10 candidates were interviewed:

8. Himanshu Sekhar Panda, Group General Manager, National Aluminium Company Limited
9. Ajay Kumar Aggarwal, General Manager- Finance, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited
