The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) on Wednesday (July 9, 2025) issued an advertisement inviting applications for the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) in GAIL (India) Limited.
As per the notification, eligible and experienced candidates can apply by August 5, 2025. The position is set to become vacant on March 1, 2026, following the retirement of current CMD Sandeep Kumar Gupta in February 2026. Gupta had taken charge of the top post on September 24, 2022, after being selected by the PESB on June 28, 2022.
