The central deputation tenure of Pawan Kumar Sain (IAS:2005:AGMUT) as Joint Secretary in the Economic Advisory Council (EAC) to PM, NITI Aayog has been extended for a period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal to extend the deputation tenure of Sain for a period of one year beyond 24.07.2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
