Parmarsan S. Thangkhiew takes overs as Meghalaya Chief Secretary

Parmarsan S. Thangkhiew (IAS:1984:AM) has taken over as the new Chief Secretary of Meghalaya. He succeeded Y. Tsering, who retired on March 31.
