Pankaj Jain (IAS:1990:AM) has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary in the Ministry of Mines. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Competent Authority has approved the assignment of an additional charge of the post to Jain from 12.02.2022 to 20.02.2022 during the period of absence on leave of Alok Tandon (IAS:1986:UP). At present, he is Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.
