P K Purwar appointed as CMD, BSNL

Pravin Kumar Purwar has been appointed to the post of Chairman and Managing Director, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited for a period of five years or till the date of his superannuation. Presently, he is serving as CMD, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL).
