Pranab Kumar Das (IRS-C&CE:1983) has been appointed as chairman, Central Board of Indirect taxes & Cutoms (CBIC) on Monday. He will succeed S Ramesh (IRS C&CE:1981) retiring this month end.
Presently, he is Special Secretary and Member (Customs), CBIC.
