P Bala Kiran (IAS:2008:KL) has been appointed to the post of Director of Census Operation (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (DCR) (Deputy Secretary level) of Andhra Pradesh for a period upto March 31, 2023.
The Centre on Monday relieved S Satyanarayana (IAS:2006:AP) to his home cadre on the request of the state government and filled the position with Bala Kiran within 24 hours.
