As part of an Odisha IAS reshuffle, the state government on Wednesday (February 11, 2026) transferred and reassigned five Indian Administrative Service officers across important departments.
According to an official notification, the Odisha IAS reshuffle includes the transfer of D Prasanth Kumar Reddy as Managing Director of IDCO along with changes in several other departments.
Bhupendra Singh Poonia (IAS:2008:OR), currently serving as Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Skill Development and Technical Education Department, has been allowed to continue holding the additional charge of Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Sports and Youth Services Department.
D Prashanth Kumar Reddy (IAS:2009:OR), who was serving as Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department along with the additional charge of IDCO Managing Director, has now been formally transferred and posted as Managing Director of IDCO.
Rashmita Panda (IAS:2010:OR), earlier appointed as Vice-Chairperson of the Bhubaneswar Development Authority with additional responsibilities in Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited and the Housing & Urban Development Department, has been posted as Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department. She will continue to hold additional charge as Chairman and CEO of Startup Odisha and CEO of ORSAC.
SK Meena (IAS:2012:OR), Additional Secretary in the ST & SC Development, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department, will remain in additional charge as Executive Director of the Centre for Modernising Government Initiatives and Convener of the Committee on Administration and Government Reforms.
Aboli Sunil Naravane (IAS:2015:OR), Director of Industries with additional charge of Odisha Small Industries Corporation and Odisha State Financial Corporation, has been entrusted with the additional responsibility of Managing Director of IPICOL.
