Odisha : 05 IAS officers transferred, Sanjay Singh is BMC Commissioner

The Odisha government on Wednesday (12.05.2021) issued transfer posting orders of five IAS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Hemant Sharma (IAS:1995:OR), Principal Secretary of Industries Department with additional Charge of Chairman, IPICOL has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary of Skill Development & Technical Education Department.
2. Bishnupada Sethi (IAS:1995:OR), Principal Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary of Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary of Information & Public Relations Department.
3. Sanjay Kumar Singh (IAS:1997:OR), Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) with additional charge of Vice Chairman, Bhubaneswar Development Authority and CEO, Bhubaneswar Smart City Ltd.
4. Dr. Krishan Kumar (IAS:2002:OR), Commissioner-cum-Secretary Government Works Department with additional charge of Chief Administrator, SJTA Puri and Chairman, Puri-Konark Development Authority has been given additional charge of CMD, IDCO.
5. Prem Chandra Chaudhary (IAS:2010:OR), Officer on Special Duty, General Administration & Public Grievance Department.
