The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has failed to find suitable candidate for the post of Director (Technical) IREL (India) Limited, at a selection meeting held on July 29, 2019. The PESB interviewed S Surya Kumar, Chief General Manager, IREL (India) Limited, A J Janarthanan, Chief General Manager, IREL (India) Limited, R V Viswanath, General Manager, IREL (India) Limited, Ram Bau Prasad Jaiswal, Assistant General Manager, National Aluminium Company Limited, Sanjay Kumar Singh, General Manager, Eastern Coalfields Limited, Dibyadarshan Tripathy, General Manager, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Ltd (CMPDIL) and Rajesh Gupta, Scientist – G, Geological Survey of India Engineering Service Group ‘A for the job following which it announced that the administrative ministry/department might choose an appropriate course of action for selection.
