The central deputation tenure of Ms. Niva Singh (IRAS:1988) as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Minority Affairs has been extended for a period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Ministry of Minority Affairs to extend the deputation tenure of Ms. Singh for a period of one year beyond 15.03.2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
