The central deputation tenure of Nigar Fatima Husain (IDES:1996) as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Minority Affairs has been extended for a period of three months. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (23.06.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal to extend the deputation tenure of Ms. Husain for a period of three months beyond 02.07.2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
