Neha Gupta (IRPS:2010) has been appointed as Director in the Department of Justice, New Delhi, for a period of five years under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS).
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (August 6, 2025), her appointment has been made on the recommendation of the Ministry of Railways, which had proposed her name for central deputation.
She will hold the post for five years from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.
