Neha Champawat appointed as IG, NCRB

Neha Champawat (IPS:2004:CG), Dy Inspector General (DIG), National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), has been appointed as Inspector General (IG), NCRB. According to an order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on June 15, 2023, the competent authority has approved appointment of Ms. Champawat to the post from the date of joining the post and upto her balance tenure or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
