Navtej Singh appointed Director in NITI Aayog

Navtej Singh (ITradeS:2011), who was recommended for central deputation by Department of Commerce, has been selected for appointment as Director in the NITI Aayog for five years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (March 23, 2026), his appointment is done under the central staffing scheme for five years from the date of taking over the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
