Nav Ratan Gupta has been appointed as Director (Finance), Bridge & Roof Company (India) Ltd. Presently, he is serving as Chief General Manager of Grid Controller of India Limited (Grid-India).
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (13.04.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Heavy Industries for the appointment of Mr. Gupta to the post of Director (Finance), B&R (India) Limited for a period with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, or till the date of his superannuation i.e upto 31.03.2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
A selection meeting of the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) was held on December 29, 2022, during which the board interviewed 4 applicants and recommended Nav Ratan Gupta for the position of Director (Finance), Bridge & Roof Company (India) Ltd.
