Nandakumar Velayudhan Pillai, Group General Manager (GGM), Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), has been appointed as Director (Refineries), MRPL for five years.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (06.07.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Mr. Pillai to the post for fiver years with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
On May 31, the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) recommended the name of Pillai as Director (Refineries) in MRPL after interviewing 12 candidates.
