The National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) on Thursday (18.11.2021) appointed of seven Independent Directors on its Board. According to the company Ravinath Jha, Dr BR Ramakrishna, Adv George Kurian, Dr Ajay Narang, YP Chillio, Dr Shatorupa and Adv. Dushyant Upadhyay have been appointed as Part-time Non-official (Independent) Directors with effect from the different dates. This information has been shared by the mining PSU in a regulatory filing to the stock exchange on Thursday.
