Narendra Shankar Pandey (IAS:2004:UP) has been appointed to the post of Director of Census Operations (DCO)/ Director of Citizen Registration (DCR) (Director Level), Uttar Pradesh under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period upto June 30, 2021.
