N Manoharan has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Railtel Corporation of India (RailTel). As per communications received from the Ministry of Railways, the Board of Directors of RailTel have approved the appointment of Manoharan as an Independent Director on the board of the company with effect from November 9, 2021. This information has been shared by the Railway PSU in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on Monday.
