Navneet Mohan Kothari (IAS:2001:MP) will be Private Secretary to Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Narendra Singh Tomar for the balance period of his five years of working as PS/OSD in a Ministry staff i.e upto April 24, 2021.
