MHA promotes four IPS officers to ADGP rank

The Ministry of Home Affairs on Monday (17.01.2022) promoted four 1997 batch AGMUT cadre IPS officers to the rank of Additional Director General of Police.

They are ;

1. Sagar Preet Hooda
2. Hargobinder Singh
3. Atul Katiyar
4. Sharad Agrawal

Presently, Sagar Preet Hooda is posted as Delhi’s Joint Commissioner of Police, Eastern Range ; Hargobinder Singh is Inspector General of Police, Arunachal Pradesh ; Atul Katiyar is Delhi’s Joint Commissioner of Police, Western Range and Sharad Agrawal is on central deputation and serving as Joint Director in CBI.
