Manoj Kumar Pingua returns to parent cadre

Manoj Kumar Pingua (IAS:1994:CG), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting has been prematurely reptriated to his parent cadre on grounds of availing promotion in the cadre.
