Senior IAS officer Manoj Joshi (IAS:1989:KL), Secretary in the Department of Pharmaceuticals, has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Fertilizers.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (June 15, 2026), the competent authority approved assignment of the additional charge to him with immediate effect till June 28, 2026.
Joshi has been entrusted with the additional responsibility during the period of absence on leave of Rajat Kumar Mishra (IAS:1992), who is serving as Secretary, Department of Fertilizers.
