Manobendra Ghoshal, Executive Director (ED), RITES Limited, has been appointed as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) in MSTC Limited. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (12.12.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Steel to appoint Mr. Ghoshal to the post till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31.03.2028 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
