Maharashtra : Govt reappoints R A Rajeev as MMRDA chief

The Maharashtra government has announced a three months service extension of senior IAS officer and MMRDA commissioner R A Rajeev (IAS:1987:MH), retired on March 2. Rajeev was appointed as MMRDA chief on May 2, 2018.

The notification in this regard by the state urban development department said that Rajeev was reappointed for his expertise and ability to execute pending projects in a time-bound manner. Government is keen to utilize his expertise and capacity for the pending project.
