In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Maharashtra government on Friday (02.06.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for 19 IAS and one IRS officer.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- Sujata Saunik (IAS:1987:MH), Additional Chief Secretary, General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Home.
- V R Srinivas (IAS:1991:MH), Municipal Commissioner of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), has been posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Dharavi Redevelopment Project.
- Lokesh Chandra (IAS:1993:MH), General Manager, BEST, has been transferred and posted as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of MAHADISCOM.
- Radhika Rastogi (IAS:1995:MH) has been posted as Principal Secretary and Development Commissioner, Planning Department, Mantralaya.
- I A Kundan (IAS:1996:MH), Principal Secretary, Women, and Child Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Minority Development Department.
- Sanjeev Jaiswal (IAS:1996:MH), Principal Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation Department, has been transferred and posted as Vice-President and Chief Executive Officer, Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA).
- Asheesh Sharma (IAS:1997:MH), Additional Municipal Commissioner, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary (2), Urban Development Department.
- Vijay Singhal (IAS:1997:MH), Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), MAHADISCOM, has been transferred and posted as General Manager, BEST.
- Anshu Sinha (IAS:1999:MH), CEO, M S Khadi Village Industries Board, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, OBC Bahujan Welfare Department.
- Anup Kumar Yadav (IAS:2002:MH), Secretary, Minority Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Women and Child Welfare Department.
- Tukaram Mundhe (IAS:2005:MH) has been posted as Secretary, Marathi Bhasha Department.
- Dr. Amit Saini (IAS:2007:MH), CEO, Maharashtra Maritime Board has been posted as Mission Director of the Jal Jeevan Mission.
- Chandrakant Pulkundwar (IAS:2008:MH), Municipal Commissioner, Nashik, has been posted as Sugar Commissioner, Pune.
- Dr. Manik Gursal (IAS:2009:MH), Additional Development Commissioner (Industries), has been posted as CEO, Maharashtra Maritime Board.
- Kadambari Balkawade (IAS:2010:MH), Municipal Commissioner of Kolhapur, has been transferred and posted as Director-General, Maharashtra Energy Development Agency, Pune.
- Pradipkumar Dange (IAS:2011:MH), Joint Secretary-cum-Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin) and Water Supply and Sanitation, has been transferred and posted as Director of Sericulture in Nagpur.
- Shantanu Goel (IAS:2012:MH), Commissioner, MGNREGS, Nagpur, has been posted as Joint Managing Director, City and Industrial Development Corporation, Navi Mumbai
- Prithviraj B P (IAS:2014:MH), Collector, Latur, has been transferred and posted as Director, Information Technology, Mumbai.
- Dr. Hemant Vasekar (IAS:2015:MH), CEO, National Rural Livelihoods Mission, Mumbai, has been posted as Commissioner of Animal Husbandry, Pune.
- Dr. Sudhakar Shinde (IRS-IT:1997) has been posted as Additional Municipal Commissioner, BMC.
