M M Kutty gets addl. charge of Secretary, Ministry of Steel

M M Kutty (IAS:1985:UT), Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas has been given additional charge of Secretary, Ministry of Steel from 24.02.2020 to 28.02.2020 during the period of absence on leave of Binoy Kumar (IAS:1983:TG).
