Dr. M.M Kutty (IAS:1985:UT) has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas and will take over as Secretary,Petroleum & Natural Gas from 1 July after retirement of incumbent K.D. Tripathi (IAS:1980:AM) on June 30.
