Dr. V Narayanan, Director of Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC), has been promoted from the grade of Distinguished Scientist in Level 16 of Pay Matrix to Apex scale (Level 17 of the Pay Matrix) under the Merit Promotion Scheme (MPS). According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (05.07.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal to promote Mr. Narayanan to Apex scale (Level 17 of the Pay Matrix).
