Kumar Ravikant Singh appointed as PS to S S Ahluwalia

Kumar Ravikant Singh (IAS:UP:2008) has been appointed as Private Secretary to S S Ahluwalia, Minister of State for Electronics and information technology at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of five years.
