Kuldip Narayan appointed as PS to Union Minister Ashwini Choubey

Kuldip Narayan (IAS:2005:BH) has been appointed as Private Secretary to Ashwini Kumar Choubey, Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare for a period of five years.
