Kuldip Narayan (IAS:2005:BH) was on Friday appointed as Private Secretary to Ashwini Kumar Choubey, Minister of State for Environment, Forest & Climate Change at the level Director for the balance period of his tenure of five years as Private Secretary i.e. up to 01.09.2024.
