The central deputation tenure of Kuldeep Kumar Saharawat (ITS:1998) as Director in the Election Commission of India (ECI) has been extended for one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (25.07.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of ECI to extend the deputation tenure Mr. Saharawat for one year beyond 16.07.2024 and upto 16.07.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
