The tenure of Krishna Kant Singh (IDAS:2000) as Joint Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat (SR) has been extended for a period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Saturday (20.08.2022), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal to extend the tenure of Singh for a period of one year beyond 02.10.2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
