Senior IAS officer V P Joy (IAS:1987:KL) on Sunday took charge as Chief Secretary of Kerala. He replaces Vishwas Mehta (IAS:1986:KL) who retired on the same day (28.02.2021). Joy was Officer on Special Duty in the rank of Additional Chief Secretary before being selected as the Chief Secretary of Kerala.
