Kerala: Seven IPS officers shifted

The Kerala government on Tuesday issued transfer and posting orders for seven IPS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. G Sparjan Kumar (IPS:2002:KL), Inspector General of Police (IG), South Zone, has been given full additional charge of IG, Security.
2. Harshita Attaluri (IPS:2002:KL), IG, Vigilance (HQ), has been transferred and posted as IG, Headquarters.
3. A Akbar (IPS:2005:KL), City Commissioner, Kochi City has been transferred and posted as IG, Crimes II, Ernakulam.
4. S Syamsundar (IPS:2005:KL), IG, Internal Security, has been transferred and posted as IG and City Commissioner, Kochi.
5. Narayanan T (IPS:2011:KL), Assistant IG, Procurement, has been transferred and posted as District Police Chief, Wayanad.
6. Shilpa D (IPS:2016:KL), Assistant IG, Policy, has been posted as Assistant IG, Procurement.
7. Padam Singh (IPS:2018:KL), District Police Chief, Wayanad, has been posted as Assistant IG, Policy.
