The Kerala government on Tuesday appointed former State Chief Secretary K M Abraham (Retd.IAS:1982:KL) as the Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. Presently, he is serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB).
