The central government on Monday (11.11.2024) appointed KB Bhardwaj (retired Section Officer) as Private Secretary to Dr. VK Saraswat, Member, NITI Aayog on a contract basis. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), this role will be co-terminus with his service to Dr. Saraswat, effective from the date he assumes charge, or until further orders. He will assume the charge of the post at Under Secretary level.
Additionally, the government has approved the regularization of Bhardwaj’s service period as Private Secretary to Dr. Saraswat from November 1, 2016.
