Karnataka: Pranob Mohanty posted as DGP of Internal Security Division

The Karnataka government on Wednesday (31.07.2024) issued transfer orders for Pranob Mohanty (IPS:1994:KN), who is currently serving as DGP of Police Computer Wing, Bengaluru. He has been reassigned as DGP of Internal Security Division. Further, Mohanty has been given concurrent charge as the DGP, Police Computer Wing, Bengaluru and as the DGP (Cyber Crime and Narcotics), Criminal Investigation Department, Bengaluru.
