Karnataka govt transfers 11 IAS, 1 IFS officer

The Karnataka government on Monday (02.06.2025) issued transfer and posting orders for 11 IAS officers and one Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Amlan Aditya Biswas (IAS:1997:KN), Special Officer and Competent Authority, IMA, Bengaluru, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Public Works Department.
2. Naveen Raj Singh (IAS:1998:KN), Principal Secretary, Housing Department, Bengaluru, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Youth Empowerment & Sports Department.
3. V Anbukkumar (IAS:2004:KN), Managing Director, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), Bengaluru, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Housing Department, Bengaluru.
4. Sameer Shukla (IAS:2006:KN) has been posted as Commerce & Industries Department (MSME & Mines), Bengaluru.
5. Randeep D (IAS:2006:KN), Secretary, Youth Empowerment & Sports Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Scheduled Tribes Welfare Department.
6. Ramandeep Chowdhary (IAS:2008:KN), Secretary, Karnataka Public Service Commission, Bengaluru, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Planning, Programme Monitoring and Statistics Department, Bengaluru.
7. Pommala Sunil Kumar (IAS:2011:KN), Commissioner, Revenue (Revenue, LAQ, R&R and Social Security), Bengaluru, has been placed in the concurrent charge of the post of Inspector General of Registration and Commissioner of Stamps, Bengaluru.
8. Ramachandran R (IAS:2012:KN), Managing Director, Bengaluru, Metropolitan Transport Corporation, Bengaluru, has been placed in the concurrent charge of the post of Managing Director, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC).
9. Dayananda KA (IAS:2012:KN), Inspector General of Registration and Commissioner of Stamps, Bengaluru, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Karnataka Housing Board, Bengaluru.
10. Ibrahim Maigur (IAS:2017:KN), Secretary, Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Bengaluru, has been transferred and posted as Director (IT), Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation, Bengaluru.
11. Manoj Kumar (IFS:1997:KN), MD, Mysore Sales International Limited (MSIL), Bengaluru, is placed in the concurrent charge of Secretary, Real Estate Regulatory (RERA), Bengaluru.
