Karnataka : 5 ADG level IPS officers transferred

The Karnataka government on Tuesday issued transfer and posting orders of five senior IPS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Bhaskar Rao (IPS:1990:KN) : ADGP, Railways, Bengaluru.
2. Prashant Kumar Thakur (IPS:1992:KN) : ADGP, Lokayukta.
3. Dr. Alikana S Murthy (IPS:1992:KN) : ADGP & MD, Karnataka State Police Housing Corporation, Bengaluru.
4. Dr. K Ramachandra Rao (IPS:1993:KN) : ADGP, Bengaluru Metropolitan Task Force.
5. Jeji Arun Chakravarthy (IPS:1995:KN) : ADGP, Internal Security Division.
