K D Tripathi takes charge as PESB Chairman

The Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Shri K.D. Tripathi addressing the inaugural session of the ‘4th National Conference on Energy Security’ on the theme “Energy Transition- Building a New Energy Security Architecture”, organised by the FICCI, in New Delhi on May 11, 2017.

Kapil Dev Tripathi (Retd.IAS:1980:AM) has taken over the charge as Chairman of Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB). The Appointment Committe of the Cabinet (ACC) has issued an order in this regard on Saturday appointing him as Chairperson of the PESB. Tripathy retired from the post of Secretary, Petroleum & Natural Gas.

In addition, ACC in its same order has appointed M K Gupta (Retd. IRSE:1979) to the post of Member, PESB. Gupta retired from the post of Member (Engineering) Railway Board.
