Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan will be the Acting Chief Justice of Telangana High Court after the current Chief Justice Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan relinquishes charge.
Chief Justice Radhakrishnan was transferred to Calcutta High Court and he would be taking charge as its Chief Justice on or before 6th April.
Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan is the senior most judge of the Telangana High Court.
