Justice Mohammad Rafiq has been appointed as the Acting Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court, following the transfer of former Chief Justice Pradeem Nandrajog to Bombay High Court. Justice Rafiq is the senior most judge of Rajasthan HC.
It was on April 1 that the transfer of Justice Nandrajog as CJ of Bombay High Court was notified.
