Justice Bhushan & Chokalingam appointed as VC, AAR

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has cleared the following panel for appointment to the post of Vice-Chairman of Authority for Advance Rulings (Income tax) at Mumbai Bench for a period of three years or till 65 years of age.

They are :

I. Justice G. Chockalinga, Retired Judge, Madras High Court.
II. Justice Bharat Bhushan, Retired Judge, Allahabad High Court.
